Frozen Cherries
Tart cherries of the Montmorency or Balaton variety that have been washed, sorted, pitted, and graded to USDA standards. Either individually quick frozen (IQF) with no added sugar or packed in pails with sugar and frozen. Product conforms to the U.S. Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. TPC maximum of 10,000 per gram; total coliforms maximum of 50 per gram; pH < 4.2. See Specifications Sheet for pit and HEM allowances as well as quality characteristics.
